What materials are your products made from?
All TeaWarmWare products are crafted from premium, food-safe, eco-friendly materials including borosilicate glass, sustainably sourced bamboo, food-grade stainless steel, and natural ceramic. We never use single-use plastics or harmful chemicals in our manufacturing process.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our glass, ceramic, and stainless steel products are top-rack dishwasher safe. Bamboo components should be hand-washed only and dried immediately to prevent warping. We recommend checking the individual product care instructions for specific details.
Can your glass teapots and mugs be used on the stovetop or in the microwave?
Our borosilicate glass products are microwave safe and can withstand direct heat from gas or electric stovetops (low to medium heat only). They are also thermal shock resistant, meaning they can safely handle boiling water without cracking.
Do you sell tea leaves?
No, we specialize exclusively in high-quality, sustainable tea accessories. We do not sell tea leaves or other beverages at this time.
